Monday, Monday...

So it is the beginning of week 21. Crazy, but true. I am still waiting to feel the little girl kick. The doctor's office called today and they want to schedule another ultrasound in four weeks because at the last one they could not accurately measure her spine and kidneys. She was balled up so tight, and she absolutely refused to move, despite all of our efforts to shake her loose. lol. She is definitely our child. She is already stubborn! I don't mind. I love seeing our baby as often as possible. I will try to eat right before next time so that she will be moving around. I do want them to be able to measure her and make sure that she is healthy and developing. All of the other measurements were good, so hopefully we are right on track. I have had a stomach bug lately so I have been worried about getting her fed, while I am eating less than normal. I think she is doing great, and I am starting to feel much better. I was a little scared when I stepped on the scale this morning and it said that I had lost ten pounds since last week.... then I realized that it just needed to be tweaked a little. Whew. All is good in the baby department. I am just excited about feeling her kick, and we have a doctor's appointment on wednesday this week.

It is definitely a dreary monday morning. With Friday and Saturday being so beautiful, it is a little disappointing to have a cold gray monday morning. It is a little like pathetic fallacy. Needless to say, I am hoping for a good week this week. Blake is planning on doing FHE tonight, and making tacos for dinner. Yum, it is one of the few things that he makes very well (other things include sandwiches, chocolate chip cookies, and grille cheese).

We are starting our seeds today. From what I understand, the best place to help them germinate is on top of the fridge, because the heat coming up from the fridge speeds up the process and they won't need much light until the seedlings pop up. I am so excited. I really hope that this week is the end of the cold yucky weather so that our garden can grow well.
