Awesome Deals!

So Blake and I are starting a garden this year. He is going to build me a salad bed, and we are container gardening most everything else. (The downside to a townhome, is that you don't have your own yard, because it is all shared space. hmmmmmm. They should start a community garden in the complex. That would be an awesome way for everyone to meet eachother, and save money while eating fresh foods.) So today we went to the Home Depot because the seeds were buy one packet, get one free for the weekend. We stocked up on a lot of affordable organic seeds. yea! We even went to the library to check out some books on container gardening.

The second great deal we had was from wal-mart. We took our coupon book in and thanks to a helpful employee we scored some seriously great deals, and they even paid us to take some things. yea! I love when we pay the retail game and win. We ended up paying $9.97 for everything, but without our coupons we would have paid almost $40! Craziness. Here is a picture of everything we bought. We bought a 50 pack of diapers, a large bottle of herbal essence shampoo, herbal essence spray gel, and two airwick i-motion starter kits!
