Thrift Store Gold Mines
So lately we have gotten great deals at the thrift stores. I bought a pair of maternity jeans for $5.89! Yea! We also found the crib bedding set that we had picked out in a local store, and for $8.95 we got the bumper, blanket and bed skirt. It will either be great backup if we get the one on the registry, or if we don't then we can just buy some matching sheets and call it a day. yea! I also found some adorable designer baby clothes. I got a pair of calvin klein jeans for the baby that I loved and they were only $2. (I am not huge into name brands, except that they will consign well.)

kid to kid is a great store- there are several in the metro area! I have gotten Gap jeans for myself for $1 and complete outfits for the kids for $1 :)
ReplyDeleteThere is going to be a consignment sale on Friday @ 745 River Overlook Drive, Lawrenceville, Ga 30043 - it is the moms club of Lawrenceville - so it ought to be pretty good.
Good will is one of my favorites too! I love finding good deals.. It makes me feel like I am doing my part in my family - saving money. Awesome!
